How do I use the spin wheel?

Enter items one per line, then click the ▶ button or the center of the wheel to spin. On mobile, you can also swipe across the wheel to spin it. Results are saved to your history automatically.

What are weights for?

When the "Use weights" option is on, you can adjust the probability of each item. The default is 1; higher values make that item more likely. E.g., A=3 and B=1 means A wins about 3× as often as B.

What is auto-remove winner?

When enabled, winning items are automatically removed from the wheel so you can draw all items once in random order. Great for setting presentation order, chore assignments, etc.

How does URL sharing work?

The 🔗 button copies a link that encodes your current items into the URL. Send it to friends and they get exactly the same wheel.

Is it really fair?

The wheel uses cryptographic randomness (crypto.getRandomValues) when available. The spin animation is purely visual; the winner is decided fairly. With weights disabled, all items have equal probability.
